When you’re thinking of selling in today’s highly competitive
market. My role is to know your neighborhood / market trends, to
make sure that your home is in a position to compete with all the
other listings in the market. I am there to advise you on pricing
strategy and how to market your property to ensure that you get
maximum exposure, and negotiate the best possible deal for your home
in the shortest possible time.
Then I will give you a listing presentation and explain my
professional marketing strategy catered for your home, and many
other variables that can affect your homes value. You will get a
detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Which outlines Sales in
your neighborhood in the past, and homes that are currently for
sale. Then using the CMA, current market statistics and knowledge of
your neighborhood I will help you set a price for your home.
